 With not much closet space, the double hang rods allow us to store our clothes well, not crammed in. They also provide easy access for my kids as they learn to dress themselves! This one is great. It does not have any plastic parts - the main components are metal and very sturdy. It's simple to put together and will last. the only con is that my husbands shirts over hang the bottom bar. I live in a house built in the 40's, so the closets aren't exactly large. I tried going the pants rack route, but that wasn't enough storage for me. In the end, I decided double closet rods would be the best solution. I really like these because they seem very durable. They were easy to assemble, and just hung them on my closet rod and then started hanging clothes on it. I was even able to scoot it over with a full load of clothes hanging off it. I wish they were height adjustable though. I guess I had too much hanging on it and moved the clothes to that end and the silicone end slipped off....maybe I need to super glue it to the rod. anyway it was alot sturdier than I thought it would be. Has great potential I guess I had too many clothes on it. They still helped big time in organizing or clothes. This was a nice product and a good idea. I only wish it was a bit stronger (instead of hollow) and wish the size was adjustable. We had to cut the metal off the side of ours and re-fit the plastic end. I only got it a few months ago, and already it's in a box in the closet... instead of being used.
