I bought this onion saver with my tomato saver and have been so pleased with both items. Not only does the onion saver look great next to the tomato saver on the counter top or in the fridge but it does an excellent job saving the extra half of an onion. The size is perfect for extra large red and sweet onions. I no longer have to worry about getting the smell of old onion out of my other storage containers. The onion saver is dishwasher safe for easy clean. I would suggest this item to anyone!
