 There is no assembly to this bag. It's ready to go. Prior to getting this bag, all of my gift bags, tissue paper, cards were in brown box. It was extremely inefficient to find one for the right occasion. With this bag (which I love) I can organize them by different events, i.e. baby showers, Christmas, birthdays. One thing to remember, the oversized gift bags have to be insert sideways, otherwise they hang/droop over. I've accumlated a lot of gift bags the last couple of years because of my wedding & baby shower. This gift bag organzier has been great, I was able to store all of my gift bags, little boxes, and other gift wrapping accessories.
