Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, Puerto Rico, and all APO & FPO addresses. For our international customers we've partnered with a trusted third-party company, International Checkout, to fulfill orders. For more information on International Checkout click here. If we are shipping your order to Puerto Rico or an APO / FPO address or if you specifically request your package to be delivered by U.S. Mail.

| Please note: For security purposes, orders over $300 are shipped with "signature required" instructions to the shipping carrier. If you do not want this service, please type in the comments box on the order form "no signature required" - this is your authorization for the package to be left unattended if you are not home.

Why are U.S. mail rates higher than your standard shipping rates?
We have negotiated competitive rates with UPS for many orders which are usually lower than the U.S. Postal Rates. To help keep our shipping costs lower for all customers, we must charge different rates for those locations outside the continental United States, Puerto Rico, APO/ FPO locations and for those customers who specifically request their packages to be delivered by U.S. Mail. Our shipping costs reflect the actual shipping charges and all special packaging and box requirements for your order.
| Please note: An additional delivery charge of $20.00 will be added at checkout for orders delivered to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, Puerto Rico, APO and FPO address. You will see this additional fee added to the shipping charge during the checkout process. |

Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes, besides our standard shipping (some packages ship U.S. Mail, others UPS) we also offer U.S. Mail (only) shipping, UPS 3 Day Select and UPS Next Day shipping services. Please allow one business day to process your order, then begin counting your shipping days.

What is your normal shipping lead time?
Most orders ship from our Riverside, California Processing Center within 2 to 3 business days, however processing times may change according to order volume or seasonality. Many orders ship within one business day.

Orders which ship directly from the manufacturer usually take 2 to 5 business days for processing; actual UPS ship times can vary depending on your delivery location.

Our tracking system is active after your order has shipped; tracking information is not available for those items which ship directly from the manufacturer - if you have not received your order within 14 business days, please call us toll-free at 1-800-600-9817.
