Every order is carefully inspected before shipping it to you. In the event that a product is damaged in transit, it does not meet your expectations or you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the product for a refund or exchange within 30 days of the receipt of your order. We do ask that you send the merchandise back to us in the same condition it was received and in the original packaging.
Upon return to our facilities, your merchandise will be inspected. All appropriate credits, exchanges and refunds will be issued for the price of the item(s). Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. Return shipping or pick-up fees may also apply. In some cases, a re-stocking fee may also apply. All orders will be refunded in the original form of payment.
Please note that we cannot accept returns on final-sale merchandise, monogrammed or personalized items, special orders or items damaged through normal wear and tear.
