    How do I place an order?

    It’s easy. To add an item to your order, simply enter the quantity you wish to purchase and click the Add to Cart button.     How can I check the status of my order?

    You can use our tracking tool to check the status of your order. This service is available 24 hours from the time your order was placed. You can also call our Customer Service department at 1-888-517-5667 from 7am-4pm PT or contact them by email at info@organize.com.


    How do I change or cancel my order?

    What forms of payment do you accept?

    We accept MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Novus (Discover), Paypal and Organize.com eGift Cards.



    What is Organize.com’s return policy?

    Merchandise may be returned for replacement or refund within 30 days of receipt of your order. Please call our Customer Service team for assistance at 1-888-517-5667, Monday-Friday from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm PT. For additional information, see our Returns + Exchanges policy. Please note: We cannot accept returns on special orders, monogrammed or personalized items, final-sale items or items damaged through normal wear and tear. Delivery fees are non-refundable. Special order and upholstery items are not returnable.     How can I return merchandise?

    Shipping + Processing

    What are your shipping and processing options?

    At Organize.com, our goal is to deliver your order in the quickest, most efficient and economical way. Most items ship from our warehouses within 24 hours from receipt of order. Orders shipped directly from the manufacturer ship within 3-5 business days from receipt of order. We will notify you by email if there's a delay with your order.



    We offer Standard Ground Delivery and Rush Delivery.

    Most of our smaller items can be shipped to a PO Box and APO/FPO boxes. Please contact our Customer Service team for help in determining if we can ship to your PO Box at 1-888-517-5667, Monday-Friday from 7:00 am – 4:00 pm PT.

    Why do you apply a delivery surcharge to some items? Oversized, heavy and bulky items cost more to ship than other items. Items with a surcharge are noted on our product pages. These charges are in addition to the Standard or Rush delivery charges.

    How do I purchase and eGift Card?

    To send an Organize.com eGift Card, simply choose a card in your desired dollar amount, add to your cart and proceed to Checkout. Once you purchase an Organize.com eGift Card, you will receive an email… Your eGift Card will be delivered to the recipient by email within 1 business day. Personalized messages are included.


    How do I redeem my eGift Card?

    To redeem your eGift Card, click “Pay with eGift Card" during the checkout process. Enter the eGift Card number and PIN.


    How do I check my eGift Card balance?

    Call one of our friendly customer service representatives and they will assist you.


    Can I exchange my eGift Card for cash?

    eGift Cards are not redeemable for cash, except as required by law.


    Do eGift Cards expire?

    There are no expiration dates on Organize.com eGift Cards.


    Can I purchase or redeem international eGift Cards?
