I purchased three of these for permanent clothes storage, as I have limited closet space. One twisted and fell apart immediately; I got another part from the company (the base is plastic, which I wasn't expecting), but it tipped over about a month later and is now unusable. They do hold a lot of clothes, though. Just don't overload it, and be sure the bars are level.
