It puts a nice sharp edge to any dull knife. I own 3 sharpeners (chef's choice manual, electric, and the Jokari), this works the best!
Do not waste money on expensive electric ones like I did. I do not use it often, only when my knives get really dull as the knives can be maintained on a steel.
Also when I use this product, as a personal preference, I give it a couple of passes on the steel to refine the edge a little. Pros:Durable, Attractive DesignI would recommend this item to a friend. | |
