 The shoe organizer is great for traveling - empty, it fits inside your suitcase and takes up little room. When you arrive at the hotel, fill the organizer with your toiletries, medicines, etc. Just hang it on the hook or rack in the bathroom - all of your personal items are right at hand and easily visible! Hang it in the coat closet afterwards - no more trying to find counter room for your necessities and makes clean up a breeze the housekeeping staff. The 12-pocket shoe holder can be hung on hooks on the bottom half of a solid door. It is useful in older homes with small closets. I was looking for a replacement for 12-pocket holders which had worn out after decades of use. We use shoe holders only for shoes being used regularly in the current season, so I was not looking for something to hold all
shoes.
